This addendum supplements the Dignity Labs Base Disclaimer. It covers limitations specific to Arcoo. The base disclaimer applies in full alongside this addendum.

AD1. Arcoo Is Not an AI

Arcoo builds text prompts. It does not generate AI responses, process natural language, or perform any form of artificial intelligence. The prompts are assembled from pre-written templates combined with your input. No machine learning model runs inside the App.

When you paste an Arcoo prompt into a third-party AI service (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot), the response you receive is generated entirely by that AI service. Dignity Labs Ltd has no control over, responsibility for, or visibility of that response.

AD2. No Professional Advice

Arcoo's prompts are general-purpose tools. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Specifically:

Not legal advice. Prompts built with the Explain Something or Write Something domains may relate to legal topics. The AI response you receive is not legal advice. Consult a qualified solicitor or lawyer for legal matters.
Not medical advice. If you use Arcoo to build a prompt about a medical topic, the AI response you receive is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Not financial advice. Prompts about budgets, taxes, or financial planning may produce AI responses that are inaccurate or incomplete. Consult a qualified financial adviser.
Not educational certification. The Homework Help domain is a study aid. It does not replace qualified teaching, tutoring, or educational assessment.

AD3. AI Can Make Mistakes

Arcoo's prompts include safety rules designed to encourage AI services to be honest, concise, and transparent. However:

AI services can and do produce incorrect, misleading, or fabricated information
AI services can ignore or misinterpret prompt instructions
No prompt, however well-engineered, can guarantee accurate or safe AI output
AI behaviour changes as providers update their models, sometimes without notice

Always verify important information independently. Do not rely on AI output for decisions that affect your health, finances, legal rights, or safety without checking the facts yourself or consulting a professional.

AD4. Safety Rules Are Not a Guarantee

Every Arcoo prompt includes universal safety rules and domain-specific rules. These rules are tested across multiple AI services and are designed to encourage responsible behaviour. They are an additional layer of protection, not a guarantee. The AI service's own safety filters are the primary safeguard.

Dignity Labs Ltd is not liable for any harm arising from an AI service's failure to follow the safety rules included in an Arcoo prompt.

AD5. Homework Help and Children

The Homework Help domain builds prompts designed for parents and guardians to use with their children. The prompts include age-appropriate safety rules and encourage the AI to guide learning rather than provide answers.

Arcoo does not monitor the AI conversation that follows
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's interaction with AI services
The safety rules in the prompt are guidance for the AI, not a parental control or content filtering system
Dignity Labs Ltd is not responsible for any content an AI service produces in response to a Homework Help prompt

AD6. Clipboard and Data Responsibility

When you copy a prompt, it is placed on your device's clipboard. From that point:

You are responsible for where you paste it
You are responsible for any personal information included in the prompt (from text you typed into input fields)
Dignity Labs has no visibility of or control over what happens to the prompt after it leaves the App
If you paste a prompt into an AI service, the AI provider's terms of service and privacy policy apply to that interaction

AD7. No Warranty on Prompt Quality

Arcoo's prompts are provided "as is." While we test prompts across multiple AI services, we do not warrant that any prompt will produce a specific result, achieve a particular outcome, or work identically across all AI services now or in the future.

AD8. Summary

Arcoo is not an AI	We build the prompt. The AI service builds the answer. We are not responsible for the answer.
Not professional advice	Do not treat AI responses as legal, medical, or financial advice.
AI makes mistakes	Always check important information yourself.
Safety rules are guidance	Our rules encourage good AI behaviour but cannot guarantee it.
You control the clipboard	Once you copy, where it goes is your choice and responsibility.
