Arcoo — Privacy Addendum
This addendum supplements the Dignity Labs Base Privacy Policy. It details what data Arcoo specifically collects and how it is handled.
Arcoo is a local prompt builder. There are no accounts, no cloud storage, no backend, and no AI running inside the App. Arcoo assembles text prompts on your device. Dignity Labs Ltd has no access to your prompts or any data you enter into the App.

Arcoo stores the following data on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). None of this data is transmitted to any server.

When you copy a prompt, it is saved to your recent prompts list. Each saved prompt includes:
Your input may contain personal information. For example, if you type "complaint to Sainsburys about a delivery overcharge of £4.50 on 3 May" into the Write Something domain, that text is stored in your recent prompts on your device. Dignity Labs never sees this data. Anyone with access to your unlocked device could open the App and see your recent prompts.
Dignity Labs Ltd does not collect, receive, process, store, or have access to:
We literally cannot see your data. There is no technical pathway for your Arcoo data to reach us.
Arcoo does not request any device permissions. No camera, no microphone, no location, no contacts, no photos.
When you tap "Copy to Clipboard":
Arcoo includes a share button that uses your device's standard sharing functionality (e.g. AirDrop, messaging apps, email). Dignity Labs has no involvement in this sharing. You are responsible for who you share with.

There is no Supabase, no RevenueCat, no analytics service, no crash reporting, and no ad network.
Arcoo checks for updates via Expo Application Services when the App is opened. This transmits your app version and platform to Expo's servers so the App can download bug fixes and improvements without requiring a full app store update. No personal data is sent. No prompt data is sent. No usage data is sent.

To delete all Arcoo data: Open the App, go to Settings, and tap "Reset All Saved Data." This removes all recent prompts, streaks, badges, and stats. Alternatively, uninstall the App. Since all data is on your device and Dignity Labs holds none, this permanently deletes everything. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.
Because Arcoo stores no data on any server, a breach of Dignity Labs infrastructure would not affect your Arcoo data in any way. Your prompts, input text, and App settings exist only on your device.
Arcoo has no PIN, no password, and no authentication. Anyone with access to your unlocked device can open the App and see your recent prompts, streak, and badges. If you share a device and want to keep your prompts private, use the "Reset All Saved Data" option in Settings or delete individual prompts from the Recent Prompts screen.
Arcoo does not collect personal data from any user, including children. The App has no accounts, no registration, and no way to identify users. The Homework Help domain is designed for parents to build safe prompts for their children's AI use. No child data is collected or transmitted.
Your GDPR rights are set out in the base Privacy Policy. In practice, because Arcoo collects and stores no personal data on our servers, many of these rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are satisfied by the fact that we hold no data about you. If you contact us to exercise a right, we will confirm that we hold no Arcoo data.
