Suracode Web Scam Checker — Web Addendum
This addendum supplements the Dignity Labs Base Terms of Service. By using the Suracode web scam checker, you agree to both the base terms and this addendum. If there is any conflict, this addendum prevails for the web scam checker. For the Suracode mobile app, see the Suracode App Terms Addendum.

The web scam checker is designed to help users identify potential scams. It is NOT a guarantee against scams or fraud. It is one tool among many — it does not replace your own judgement, independent checks, or professional advice.
All disclaimers in the Suracode App Terms Section S7 apply equally to the web scam checker. This includes, without limitation:
The following additional disclaimers apply specifically to the web scam checker's Pro features.
The AI tactics analysis uses a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude) to analyse PII-redacted text. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading analysis. AI output is subject to the same limitations and disclaimers as all other Scam Checker output under Section S7.2. You must not treat AI analysis as the deciding factor in whether to act on a message.
Dignity Labs Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis. The AI service is provided by a third party and may be unavailable, modified, or discontinued without notice. AI analysis is not advice, not a recommendation, and not an assurance of any kind.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dignity Labs Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or harmful outcome of any kind arising from reliance on any AI-generated analysis — including financial loss, identity theft, unauthorised transactions, data compromise, or emotional distress.
This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, or other mandatory law.
The database lookup checks URLs, email addresses, and phone numbers against external threat intelligence databases operated by third parties. A clean result does not guarantee the item is safe. A flagged result does not guarantee the item is dangerous. Dignity Labs Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any third-party threat intelligence service and is not liable for any result or absence of result from any such service.
The threat intelligence services queried are listed in the Suracode Web Privacy Addendum (Section WP5). Services may be added, removed, or changed without notice. Not all services are active at all times.
(a) No automated system can detect every fraudulent or deceptive URL, email address, or phone number.
(b) A result showing no threats does not prove the item is safe, legitimate, or free from association with fraud.
(c) You are solely responsible for any decision you make about a message, regardless of any lookup result.
(d) Dignity Labs Ltd does not owe you a duty of care or advisory obligation in connection with any lookup result.
No output of the web scam checker — including risk scores, AI analysis, database lookup results, or any other feature — is intended for use as evidence, proof, supporting material, or due diligence in any legal, regulatory, insurance, banking, financial, or dispute resolution proceeding of any kind.
Using any web scam checker output in the ways described in this section is expressly prohibited and is a material breach of these Terms. Dignity Labs Ltd is not liable for any consequence arising from anyone using any output in any proceeding, claim, or dispute.

Web accounts are available for users of the web scam checker at suracode.co.uk. By creating an account, you agree to both the base terms and this addendum.
Web accounts use email and password authentication via Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must use a valid email address that you control. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from compromise of your credentials.
Web accounts provide access to Pro features (when available) and higher rate limits. Pattern matching and text extraction do not require an account.
Pro features (AI tactics analysis and database lookup) are not yet available. When launched, Pro features will require a web account and credits. Pricing, credit packs, and terms of sale will be published here before any paid features go live. This section will be updated at that time.
Pattern matching is free, unlimited, and does not require an account.
No payment processing is currently active. When Pro features launch, payments will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party processor. Dignity Labs Ltd will never receive or store your payment card details. Full payment terms will be published here before any payment functionality goes live.
In addition to the general prohibited uses in the base terms, you must NOT:
